1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Kabalot at kabalot.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kabalot is a receipt and invoice management application that connects to your Gmail account (with your permission) to automatically identify, collect, and organize receipts and invoices from your email. The Service allows you to:
- Connect your Gmail account via secure Google OAuth
- Automatically scan your emails for receipts and invoices
- View, search, and organize your collected receipts
- Export or download your receipt data
3. Account Registration
To use Kabalot, you must sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you:
- Confirm that you are at least 13 years of age
- Agree to provide accurate and complete information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Gmail Access and Permissions
When you connect your Gmail account, you grant Kabalot permission to access your emails for the sole purpose of identifying and extracting receipt information. You understand that:
- We only access email content to identify receipts and invoices
- We do not read, store, or process non-receipt related emails
- You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
- Our use of Gmail data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Google's API policies
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Kabalot and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
You retain all rights to your personal data, including your receipts and email content. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
8. User Content
Any data you provide to the Service, including receipts extracted from your email, remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Google services via OAuth and the Gmail API. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices or content of Google or any other third-party services.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any receipt data extracted by the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KABALOT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kabalot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by revoking Kabalot's access to your Google account and requesting data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as via email). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kabalot regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
